New Hope Missionary Baptist Church
The best way to feel at home in a church is to join a service team or ministry.
We have Christian activities suited for everyone – from newborns to grandparents, singles to married couples – to help you feel like you are a part of God’s family.
Adults & Families
New Hope is empowered by God to partner with people. Through these partnerships, we work to help individuals and families live a life of meaning and purpose. Enrichment ministries encourage members to be connected, inspired, and supported as they grow in faith and service.
Children & Youth (ages 3 to 17 years)
On Sundays, childcare is available within a safe and friendly environment to allow parents and guardians to participate freely in Sunday worship services.
Our Children’s Ministry provides interactive training, fellowship, and fun for kids as they grow in their personal walk with the Lord. Our Youth Ministry is a training ground and a place of trust geared to help our young members flourish as they come of age.
Christian Education
The knowledge of God’s word helps us to mature spirituality and be godly people equipped to lead transformational lives. The Christian Education ministries are designed to teach the Bible in a practical way, while deepening our faith and trust in a unchanging and everlasting God.
Music & Worship Arts
Our musicians, choirs, ensembles, and spiritual dancers serve as catalyst for worship at New Hope. Teams are called to lead others into His divine presence with musical inspiration, and are anointed to set the atmosphere for thanksgiving, reverence, and praise.
Outreach
Christian conversion and church membership begin with outreach – Christians sharing the Good News (about Jesus’ saving work on the cross) with unbelievers through evangelism or acts of kindness. At New Hope, we cast our outreach nets wide to address a variety of human needs and establish connections with anyone seeking God’s hope, help, and answers.
Service
Friendliness, warmth, and commitment are hallmarks of the service ministries at New Hope. These teams assist members and guests during worship services and fellowship events. The spiritual gifts of hospitality and helps is essential to successfully engage with God’s people in these ministries.
Special Projects
Sometimes it takes a project team to get the job done. Each year new volunteer teams form to develop fresh ideas for annual church events and projects.
